Cris Medina
Bio
Cris Medina is nephew to legendary Tejano/Conjunto duo Emilio and Genaro Aguilar of Los Aguilares. Cris Medina is proud of his Tejano roots. As a native son of San Antonio TX, Cris Medina counts their influence as well as his love of Conjunto, Norteno and Country music as common threads in his soon to be released EP entitled "Soñar Contigo".
The first single off the EP, entitled, “Soñar Contigo”, is a rendition of his uncles 1983 classic released under the Joey Records label. Medina, is a former San Antonio City Councilman and proudly serves as a US Air Force Reserve Officer. Cris is also a graduate of UTSA and St. Mary’s University.
